I love to paint - it truly is my passion!! 

Color and composition are my main focus. Similar to my personality, my creative process is extremely intuitive and free-flowing. I allow my paintings to emerge naturally. Rarely do I start with a plan or anticipate the end result. Instead, I allow each piece to evolve - one layer at a time. This allows me to improvise and be spontaneous in my work. I typically work on multiple paintings at once, allowing different moods and methods to operate at the same time. It also allows the layers to dry while I’m working on another piece. Rotating my surfaces is crucial to my style and process. Sometimes a new perspective makes all the difference. I like not knowing exactly what to expect.  My art has become a kind of metaphor for living my life where curiosity, playfulness, intuition and openness to change are greatly respected  and rewarded.
